Cranes Flying Over Cochise County

The W.O.W. event is here again, Wings Over Willcox will be hosting various activities for families that are both fun and free! This will be happening on January 12-15, 2022.  There is an expo held at the Community Center in Willcox that will have several organizations that provide hands-on learning opportunities; these are listed below:

  • Arizona Game & Fish โ€“ educational displays and live birds
  • Tucson Audubon Society โ€“ multiple activities, nestbox building on Saturday
  • Liberty Wildlife โ€“ educational materials and live birds
  • Huachuca Area Herpetological Association โ€“ live reptiles and activities
  • Arizona Geology for Kids โ€“ different geology and mineralogy activities
  • Bureau of Land Management โ€“ educational displays and materials
  • Chiricahua National Monument โ€“ educational display and materials
  • Gray Hawk Nature Center โ€“ live reptiles and educational materials
